The place was most enjoyable and had respectful staff at receptionist, liked the stay. Non-smoking and functional rooms, pleasant views of the sea and the rose gardens. The breakfast offered lots of options and was delicious. We needed a place for one night, everything was good.

Good service, freshly cooked breakfast, quiet central location. They made my stay pleasant overnight! Lovely romantic unit with tea and coffee making equipment, refrigerator, and glassware. A clean beach, incredible view. The restaurant was outdoor and perfectly clean.

Everything was lovely, great staff and comfortable location. The room was reasonably sized and reasonably sized. The SATISFACTORY breakfast with eggs, hot waffles, bangers, pastries and toast. Late check out too.

A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Rosie that was only 10 minutes' walk away. A bathroom with a shower. Of course, we totally recommend it to all. Good base for a holiday in Auckland.
